Hexa Pure Private Limited is committed to fast and reliable shipping throughout Pakistan. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed during holidays or weekends are handled on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Lahore & Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote/Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or natural disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier companies and provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. International Shipping

Currently, our services are limited to Pakistan only. For international requests, please reach out to our support team.

6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Customers must ensure all address details are accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Please share photos and order details for a prompt resolution.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

An advance payment of Rs.300 (Non-refundable) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer is required to confirm all COD orders. The remaining amount is payable on delivery. Orders will not be shipped without advance confirmation. 

9. Customer Complete Delivery Address Policy

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, customers are required to provide a complete delivery address (including house number, floor, and building/office details) along with a valid mobile/contact number. Orders with incomplete or unclear address or contact information may be delayed until confirmation is received.
